Symbolic Guardianship is a spiritual commemorative connection to sacred ground. It does not constitute legal real estate ownership under Israeli property law, nor is it an investment product or tradeable financial instrument under Kenyan or Israeli law. The Migdal Heritage Project is operated under license from the Migdal Faithful Foundation Trust, a registered charitable trust. Each Guardianship corresponds to a unique GPS coordinate on the Migdal parcel and is permanently recorded in the Migdal Registry.
