- Certificate reissue — If your certificate is lost or damaged, log into the Guardian Portal to request a reissue ($5 fee applies)
- Name change or correction — Log into the Guardian Portal to request a name correction ($5 within 30 days)
- Verify a guardianship — Visit the Verify page and enter the unique identifier
- Refund or billing question — Email info@guardiansofmagdala.org with your full name and unique identifier
